This quilt started out using a precut strip kit, then added fabric for the diamonds and borders. Begin by placing your fabric in a gradation of value from the darkest to the lightest... then sew the the lighter half together end to end and repeat with the darker half of the strips. Follow the simple instructions to sew the angled seams while all of your fabric is still in a stable rectangular format. Use a dot of school glue in the seam allowances to be assured of perfect points without the worries of shifting while you stitch the columns together to create your beautiful quilt. This quilt finishes to approximately 56" x 76".
